He is survived by his wife of 20 years Paula, two sons Cody and Ricky, his father Robert Poirier and two brothers Bob and Tom Poirier. Rick was a passionate man of many talents and skills expressed through his career as an executive chef and resolving lifes difficulties in a positive manor. He was loved by all because of his genuine compassion and unyeilding devotion to his family.
