Frances "Pat" Otranto

Frances Patricia “Pat” Otranto, 92, passed away on October 14, 2026, following a brief illness.Born on June 1, 1934, in Brooklyn, New York, Pat was the daughter of Francis and Sarah Reed. She married Arthur J. Otranto on September 25, 1954. Together, they shared 64 years of marriage and raised five children. They were members of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Rockledge, Florida, for over 50 years, where they participated in many ministries. Pat had a heart of gold and a love for others that came naturally.

She welcomed everyone she met with kindness and was quick to forgive. Above all, family was the most important thing in her life, and the love she had for her family was at the center of everything.

Pat was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Arthur J. Otranto; her daughter, Joanne Pendley; her son-in-law, James Daughtery; and her parents, Francis and Sarah Reed.

She is survived by her children, Christine Daughtery, Frank (Vicky) Otranto, Richard (Darcy) Otranto, and Joseph Otranto; her son-in-law, Kenneth Pendley; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Rockledge, Florida, with a funeral Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. A reception will follow at the home of Christine Daughtery.
