Troy Allen Glennon

July 18, 1968 — May 26, 2026

With hearts full of love, we announce the passing of Troy Allen Glennon, 57, of Melbourne, FL, who passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving wife and children on May 26, 2026. With a spirited smile that always lit up his eyes, Troy touched all that knew and loved him with humor and an exuberant energy that was both contagious and enviable.

Born on July 18, 1968, in Elizabeth, NJ, Troy was the son of Anthony W. Glennon (E. Millstone, NJ) and the late Joyce E. (Roman) Glennon. He was raised in the central NJ area in a busy home with his four siblings and graduated from Immaculata H.S. (Somerville, NJ). Troy went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rider University, followed by his Master of Science in Accounting from Seton Hall University. Troy’s talent for business followed him throughout his career, starting as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche (Parsippany, NJ), followed by Ernst & Young (Iselin, NJ), and then joining his father at GSP International (Woodbridge, NJ) as a successful finance recruiter. Troy built brilliantly on his early career experience to fulfill his calling as an entrepreneur in the final chapter of his career as a partner and co-owner with his equally talented wife and partner, Christine, a highly successful childcare center - Rainbow Academy and then co-founder and co-owner of Little Treasures Learning Center (Edison, NJ), where he touched the lives of many families and co-workers. Troy retired to Florida with his family in 2020 and continued to advise the business ventures of his friends and family who came to rely on his intelligence and common sense.

While business sense was Troy’s talent, his heart and soul were his family - first and foremost, his college sweetheart and loving wife of almost thirty-four years, Christine (Caro) Glennon. Together, they created a beautiful family life with their daughter, Jocelyn Glennon, and son Trevor Glennon, who are forever honored to have called him dad, jokester, adventure buddy, teacher and friend. Troy worked hard for his family so he could play hard. He especially enjoyed the many vacations he planned with his family and friends, traveling nearby and throughout the world to many Disney and Marriott time share destinations and on the high seas. The destination was never important to him though; whether traveling, on the golf course, at a restaurant, or generously entertaining at home, Troy was always most happy living in the moment with vibrant conversation in the good company of his loved ones. He brought family, friends and even strangers together regularly, whether over a simple meal or to celebrate special occasions in style, bringing us memories and personal connection that will be cherished always.

In addition to his beloved wife, Christine, devoted children, Jocelyn and Trevor, Troy will be missed dearly by his loving father, brothers, sisters, in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. In his immediate family, he is survived by his: father, Anthony W. Glennon (E. Millstone, NJ), brothers & sisters-in-law, Tony & Therese Glennon (Manahawkin, NJ), Guy & Tamara Glennon (Dallas, TX), sisters & brothers-in-law, Joy Marie & Michael Schmelzer (Belle Mead, NJ), Dawn & Kurt Kimmel (Laguna Nigel, CA), mother/father-in-law, Noelin & Herberto Caro (Melbourne, FL), brothers/sisters-in-law, Eric & Alexandra Caro (Melbourne, FL), and Kenneth & Priscilla Caro (Oviedo, FL).

A private Celebration of Troy’s Life will be held for family and friends near his home in Melbourne, FL on Sunday, June 14th

In lieu of flowers, donations in Troy’s honor can be made to Mission MSA to fund education adn researchor the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
