Carol Marie Facchini

color: #002060 Carol Marie Facchini passed away peacefully at home with family on October 23, 2013. color: #002060 Born in Hubbard, Oregon on February 16, 1938, as a child her family moved and settled in Everett, Washington where Carol married the love of her life Peter Facchini in 1956. She was an exceptional wife, mother, grandmother and friend. color: #002060 Throughout her long battle with cancer, Carol was always graceful, caring and more concerned for others than she was for herself. Her home was a gathering place where food, advice, acceptance, humor and love were ever present. She most enjoyed spending time with friends and family, much of it in or near her kitchen. color: #002060 Carol is survived by her loving husband of 57 years Peter Facchini and six children; Rita (Rick), Peter (Leslie), Mary (Larry), Anna (Jeff), Paul (Ethelyn) and Gina (Paul). She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, sister and best friend Anne, brother Charles, and many members of an extended family she cared deeply about.
