Charles R.N. Lang

Charles (Chuck) was a true gentleman. He passed away at 90 in Kirkland, WA after a short illness. He was born in Vancouver, BC to Niels and Christina Lang. He immigrated to the United States at the age of one and grew up in Lakewood, Ohio. After his graduation from Lakewood High School, he served his country in WWII with the 280th Combat Engineers. After the war ended, he moved to Seattle and worked for Unigard Insurance. Charles enjoyed Japanese gardening, Seahawks football and his family. He is survived by his loving wife Joan Lang, daughter Karen Christina Lang, son Robert Richard (Tina) Lang, step-daughter Brenda Reagan, grandson Christopher Brooks Lang, step-grandchildren Megan, Brandon, Melody and Joshua Sanchez, and sister Sylvia McCrory. Charles was predeceased by his dear first wife Nora Brook Lang, and sisters Emma Lang and Thelma Hodges. No memorial service per his request.
