Cheryl Winona Vakontios

Cheryl Winona Vakontios , born in British Columbia on March 22, 1945 to Jennings Theodore and Ruth(Kidd) Berge, passed away on January 4th, 2014 . She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Sharon Berge and is survived by her only son Tony Vakontios , daughter-in-law Amy Harline Vakontios, granddaughter Tempe Rose Vakontios, big brother Terry Berge and many beloved cousins.Moving to Seattle at a very young age with her family, Cheryl established many close friends that she kept throughout her life, she graduated from Lincoln High School in 1963. Cheryl worked as a project manager for many years at Honeywell,ATK and Raytheon.She loved golfing, gardening, laughing, football, hugging, her family, her dogs Bacardi, Pooh and Buster, Christmas decorating, entertaining, eclectic art pieces, country music, her friends and their children and spending time with Tony and Tempe Rose doing anything at all.
