AR-SA Cynthia Schiesser, 63, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2015 surrounded by loved ones in Edmonds, WA. She was born on August 23, 1951 to Donald and Thelma McMannis in Colfax, WA. She was raised in Pullman along with her siblings Susan, Patti, and Mark McMannis. She graduated from Pullman high school and moved to Portland in 1970 to attend Good Samaritan Nursing School. After graduating, she worked at University of Oregon hospital in Eugene, Oregon. In 1979 she moved to Seattle to work as an ICU nurse at Swedish hospital. She worked there until January 2015. She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, David Schiesser; and her daughter, Allison Schiesser. Cindy enjoyed traveling, gardening, and being involved with Harbor Church. She is greatly missed.
