Dale Allen Hopper

Dale Allen Hopper passed away from a heart attack unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at the age of 55. He was born on December 9th, 1960 in Seattle, WA. Dale was a positive influence on everyone who knew him and his encouraging outlook on life was contagious. Dale grew up in Edmonds WA and was the third of seven children of Harold and Carolee Hopper. He graduated from Bishop Blanchett High School in 1979 and subsequently graduated from the University of Washington in 1983. Dale was a valued business partner with his brother Daren, and was proud of the family business.Dale is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Donna (Pringle) Hopper; his three children, Jordan Hopper and his wife Samantha, Nathan Hopper, Morgan Hopper; his parents Harold and Carolee; his six siblings; nieces and nephews; and the rest of his family and friends. Dale lived the motto Live, Laugh, Love to the fullest! Dale loved to travel with his family and friends, and especially enjoyed being the instigator to legendary March Madness trips. His favorite vacation spot was Hawaii. His most cherished vacation was his recent trip to Ireland with his wife and children. Dales signature booming laugh was easily identifiable by all those knew him. If he was in the room, a crowded bar, or out on his deck and you were within ear shot, you knew Dale was there having fun and swapping stories. We will forever miss his laugh! Dale always had a smile for everyone and was highly regarded by all who had the opportunity to meet him. This is truly a great loss to his family, friends, coworkers and the community as a whole. A Celebration of Life is scheduled from 3pm to 6pm on October 30th, 2016 at the Edmonds Yacht Club. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Dales life. Casual attire is appropriate.
