Dorothy Weborg Harper

Dorothy was born in Everett Washington and was the only child of Barbara and Henry Weborg.

She attended Immaculate Conception School and graduated from Everett High School in 1956. Dorothy went on to attend Everett Community College.

Dorothy worked for Premera Blue Cross then went on to work for Stevens Hospital, now known as Swedish Edmonds. She retired from Stevens in 2004.

She loved to hunt and fish and was especially proud of her fly-fishing skills. Travels included Hawaii, Ocean Shores and taking the ferry to Whidbey Island.

Some of her other weekly interests included Bridge, Mahjongg, Rummy Cube and Book Club. Dorothy was never without a book, and the Edmonds Library was on speed dial. Happy hour was a special time to meet up with family and friends.

Her favorite past-time was hockey and of course the Kraken! She knew every team, player and all the stats.

She leaves behind her 3 daughters, Renee Azarpay (Mehrdad), Kathi Kopak (Kevin) and Erin Kasper (Paul).

She was especially proud of her 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Her celebration of life will be held on October 5th, 2026, from 1pm to 3pm at the Edmonds Yacht Club.
