Gary L. Smith

Born February 18, 1934 in Bismarck, North Dakota; passed away October 27, 2010. He was a graduate of Fresno High School in 1952. Gary served in the U.S. Air Force for four years. He attended college in Fresno for two years. Gary began his career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District in 1960. In 1966 he transferred to Sacramento District where he worked a project manager in their Regulatory Section until retiring in 1989. In 1992 he moved to the Edmonds, Washington area. He was an avid golfer.
