Gilbert Otto Linson
Aug 14, 1931 — Feb 21, 2022
Gilbert was born August 14, 1931 in Mt. Carmel, Illinois and passed away February 21, 2022 in Seattle with his family by his side. Gil was a proud U.S. Army veteran, in the late 40's his service brought him to the Seattle area where he met his loving wife Louise to whom he was married for 58 years. He made his home in Seattle and in his free time loved spending time in the great outdoors. He enjoyed exploring, hunting, and fishing and passing his knowledge down to his kids and grandkids. He was always full of stories that he was happy to share with anyone who would listen. Gil and all of his stories will be sorely missed by all that knew him. He was preceded in death by his wife Louise. He is survived by his daughter Susan Forbes, his sons Bruce Linson, Ronald Linson and wife Linda, his three grandsons Will, Trent, and Jacob, and great granddaughter Kayla.
