Harold William Wolslegel

September 28, 1924 — April 24, 2016

Harold Punch William Wolslegel was called to Heaven to join his beloved wife on April 24 th 2016. He entered this world on 28 September 1924, to William and Lola (OHara) Wolslegel. Harold was a man of class and dignity. He believed in hard work and dedication. That was never more apparent than his work for over 30 years with Nordstrom. He was Nordstrom, before Nordstrom was Nordstrom one could say. Although he was unable to join the military the way he had wanted initially during World War II, he did join the Coast Guard maintaining B52 Bombers. It was during that time that he would be turned down by the love of his life for her hand in marriage. However, with her permission to ask again at a later time, he was granted her hand and they were married in 1947.During the course of their marriage they had three children and they were blessed with seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Sadly, he was proceeded in death by one of his grandchildren. The love that was had for his family could be seen through the many pictures that decorated their home of 53 wonderful years.Punch was always entertaining and loved a social gathering. He enjoyed the great outdoors to include boating, fishing, clamming, and in his younger years hunting. He also loved to collect; his model cars being of the utmost importance. He will always be remembered for his sense of humor, winning smile, and his love for his wife, friends, and family. His legacy will proudly be continued and not just through his amazing dimples. You will be missed Dad, Buzz, Buzz Pa-Pa, Grandpa, Great Grandpa, and Friend. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a Hospice of your choice. Thank you.
