Kathleen Elizabeth Gardner

Born in St Paul, Minnesota on December 26, 1920; passed away in Bothell, WA, January 29, 2017 at age 96. Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Robert (Bob) and her daughter Judy Hunter. She is survived by sister Peg (Dick) Kath; her children, Robert Jr (Janet), Kathy (Roger) Guiberson, Mary (Lance) Johnson, Maggie (Jon) Rider, Mark (Corinna), Patti (Fil) Gudmundson, and son-in-law John Hunter; also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. More than anything, mom enjoyed the time spent with family. She was also an avid reader and enjoyed a good mystery. Mom married the love of her life and they were together for 62 years prior to Dads death in 2009. A Rosary will be said at 7:15pm on Wednesday February 1 at Becks Tribute Center, 405 5th Ave S, Edmonds, 425-771-1234. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 oclock on Thursday, February 2, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 630 7th Ave N, Edmonds, with Mausoleum service following at Holyrood Cemetery in Shoreline.
