Kent Ross Pierson

Kent R. Pierson, age 83, of Edmonds, passed away peacefully the morning of June 27, 2012. He was born in Cohagen, Montana on January 24, 1929. He lived in Edmonds for the past 52 years, where he and his wife of 56 years, Katheryne, raised their family. Kent is survived his daughter Shauna, son Murphy, grandson Nicholas, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Kent was the owner of the Edmonds West Tavern for eight years. He enjoyed the friendships he made while operating the tavern. He had the gift of remembering names and sharing stories, many from his Army days in Germany after WWII.
