Leo Arthur Alarick Juhola

Leo AA Juhola, 90, died April 14, 2014 at Cristwood Nursing Center, Shoreline, Washington. Born June 28, 1923 in Bismark, North Dakota to Jalmar and Alma Juhola who both were born in Finland, Leo spent his early years in Braddock, North Dakota, coming to the Alderwood, Edmonds area of Washington in 1935. Leo attended Alderwood Grade School and graduated from Edmonds High School. Leo graduated from the University of Washington in 1952. Leo Juhola and Mary Ellen Meyer were married July 12, 1952. They have been long time members of Calvin Presbyterian Church, Shoreline, WA. Leo was active in the Retired Boeing Engineers Association. Following his retirement from Boeing, Leo served as a volunteer for SHIBA, helping people get medical insurance. Leo is survived by his wife Mary Ellen Juhola, a multitude of nieces and nephews and many friends. Announcement: ; Memorial gifts may be designated for Calvin Presbyterian Church.
