Jerry passed away from complications from lung cancer on Dec. 14, 2009. He was born in Portland, OR, Aug. 1, 1939. Jerry is survived by his long-time partner of over 30 years, Lois McKinley, daughter, Vicky Allen (Steve) of N. Salem, NY, and son, Michael Allen of Chandler, AZ.
