Mary Ann Anderson peacefully made her way to Heaven September 7, 2015. Born April 1, 1929 and raised in Ballard. Mary Ann was a resident of Edmonds since 1958 when she married Howard Anderson Jr. and where she raised three children Howard Andy Anderson III, Jim Anderson and Michele Borges. Many happy years were spent at her cabin in Skykomish and skiing at Stevens Pass. She most enjoyed time with her seven grandchildren, Shayna, Casey, Riley, Emily, Samantha, AJ, and Christian. She is survived by sisters Alicia Chandler and Roberta Williams. She enjoyed volunteering over many years at Holy Rosary School, Stevens (Swedish Edmonds) Hospital and the Edmonds Arts Festival. Services will be held Friday September 11 th at Holy Rosary Church starting with a Rosary at 11:30 and Mass at 12:00.
