Mulford passed away peacefully on Apr. 15, 2011 at his home in Edmonds, WA, joining his wife, Sylvia who died in March, 2009. He was born Oct. 16, 1917, in Winthrop, New York. M.J. received his degree in electrical engineering in 1940 and joined the Army Air Corps in 1941. He met and married, Sylvia, his wife of 65 years, on Aug. 8, 1943. After leaving the army, he and Sylvia lived in Long Beach, Ca. for the next 50 years where M.J. worked in the petroleum industry until they moved to Edmonds, in 1992.He is survived by his children, John (Sally), Marion (Jim) Bradley, Lee (Lori), and Jean (David) Marty; 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
