Steven Michael Bienz

Steven Michael Bienz, age 25, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on October 13, 2016. He was born to Larry and Karen Bienz on February 11, 1991 at Overlake Hospital in Bellevue, WA. Steven was a lifelong resident of Bothell, WA. After high school Steven attended Edmonds Community College where he explored his love of cooking. After years of refining his culinary skills, Steven found pride working in sales at ATT.Steven loved sports. As a child he participated in everything including football, basketball, baseball, surfing and soccer. He also loved professional sports, especially the NBA and his Seattle Sonics. Steven would be outdoors whenever he could which included spending as much time as possible at his home away from home, Conconully. Steven had an infectious laugh and always liked to be the comedian in the crowd. He was passionate about music and dancing, especially his latest running man. Steven was a loyal friend and above anything else Steven was a family man; he was proud of his Italian heritage and family meant everything. Stevens faith was something he relied on heavily throughout his life, especially during his battle with melanoma. It was the Lord that kept him going many days and he knew at his passing that he would be free.Steven is survived by his parents Karen and Dan Danhof, Larry Bienz and Laura Ingalls, sister Danielle Bienz, brothers Andrew and Matthew Danhof, fiance Abigail Lucas, son Oliver Lucas, nieces Olivia and Elsie Danhof and his grandparents. Steven also has a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends to cherish his memory. A Funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 am on Tuesday, October 25th at Holy Rosary Church, 630 7th Ave. N, in Edmonds, WA. Help us create a sea of green, Stevens favorite color, by wearing green to the service. There will also be a Rosary at 6 pm on Monday, October 24th at Becks Tribute Center in Edmonds, WA; www.becksfuneralhome.com.
