Walter E. Van Ottingham

Walter Earl Van Ottingham passed away peacefully on December 26, 2014 at the age of 96 at A Beautiful Living Adult Family Home. He is survived by daughters Mary (Steve), Jane (Glen), Lois (Eric), and Rita; his grandchildren Shanelle, Jennifer, Michael, and Eric. Walter was preceded in death by his wife Ruth, siblings Roy, Alice, and Ruth. The funeral will be held at 11a.m. on Monday, January 5 at Becks Funeral Home in Edmonds, WA. Walter lived his life in Seattle until his last 8 years when he lived at A Beautiful Living in Shoreline, WA. He loved to fish, camp, and always enjoyed taking long walks. He passed on his love for the outdoors to his daughters. Special thanks to Imelda, Emma and the staff at Beautiful Living for taking such good care of our Dad.
