"South Hadley - Bertie G. Kempton, Jr., 37, of Burnett Ave. died on November 7, 2011. He was born September 30, 1974 in Keene, NH, and has lived in South Hadley for the past 4 years. Bert worked as a machinist for B&R Machine Inc. in Ludlow. He is survived by his mother Kathleen (Henderson) Macri and her husband Jeffrey of Belchertown, brother Francis Kempton of Indian Orchard, sister Kathleen Kempton of N. Adams, brother Frederick Kempton and sister Kim Macri both of S.Hadley. He also leaves a grandmother Evelyn Mullen of Hadley and cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother Jeremy Macri. Calling hours will be Friday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story South Hadley Funeral Home, 646 Newton St. (Rt116).
