Carol Ann Badman

"Palmer-Carol Ann (Keglovits) Badman, 53, passed away unexpectedly June 19th, 2012 at UMass Medical Center in Worcester, Ma. Born September 19th, 1958 in Allentown, PA, she was the daughter of Ignatius and Elizabeth (Termena) Keglovits. Carol attended Shippensburg Univ, and Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. Carol and her husband, Wayne, lived in Palmer, MA since 1999. Previously of Somersworth, NH. In 2008, after 20 years of employment in the health insurance industry, she retired from Sunlife Financial. She worked at Willis of New Hampshire in Rochester, NH from 1989-1999 and was the recipient of the 2004 Presidential Award. Carol was a kind and beautiful person and enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, reading, taking trips to Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun, and nature walks with her dogs. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, aunt and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her husband Wayne. She was an incredible mother to her two children, Douglas Kleintop of Newbury, VT and Tara Kleintop of Dover, NH. She was a grandmother to Doug and his wife Amanda Kleintop's daughter, Avery. She will also be missed by her siblings, Joanne Keglovits and husband Ken Steinhauser of Saint George, UT, Kathy Perez and husband Phil of Sanford, ME, Michael Keglovits and wife Pam Hoffner of Northampton, PA. Carol also leaves nieces Sarah Romero, Elizabeth Steinhauser, Natasha and Nikita Perez, Marion and Jennifer Keglovits, and nephews Michael Keglovits and Gregory Steinhauser along with great nieces Haley and Violet and great nephew Jay. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Ronald Keglovits. In lieu of flowers and with Carol's love for animals, kindly make donations to Dakin Pioneer Valley Humane Society. "
