Catherine M. Beaudoin Malone

"Belchertown-Catherine M. (Ahearn) Beaudoin Malone, of Metacomet St. passed away July 15, 2010 at Renaissance Manor in Holyoke. She was born in Belchertown on January 17th, daughter of the late John R. and Agnes (Riley) Ahearn. Catherine, also known as Nannie/Katie, has lived in Belchertown for all of her life. For 37 years, she worked as a clothing attendant at Belchertown State School. She was a former member of the Catholic Womens' Club and Union Grange in Belchertown. Catherine was predeceased by her first husband Raymond Treffle Beaudoin in 1962, her second husband John Malone in 1970, and her son Raymond Thomas Beaudoin in 1971. She will be missed by her daughter Nancy (Beaudoin) Wright and her husband James of Belchertown along with her companion Joseph Chunglo and 4 grandchildren, Christine Hartling and Katherine Cadorette both of S.Hadley, Mabry Petrowicz of NH, and Raymond Beaudoin of NC as well as 10 great grandchildren. She also leaves dear friend Ann Foth and her Siamese companion, Mindy Lou. Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. A Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday, July 20th at St. Francis Church at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery in S.Hadley.
