Dennis P. Nahabedian

"Dennis Paul Nahabedian, 59, of East Palmer Park Dr., died suddenly on Tuesday, January 28. Born in Palmer, July 12, 1954, he was the son of Doris (Lenard) Nahabedian with whom he lived, and the late Paul Nahabedian. A lifelong resident, he was a graduate of Palmer High School and a member of the Bethany Charismatic Catholic Church. Dennis was a disabled US Army veteran. He had a passion for music and enjoyed playing the guitar. He also enjoyed art and collectibles. Besides his mother, he will be deeply missed by his sister Pauline Shumway and her husband Msgr. Gregory Shumway, along with his precious nieces Danielle Shumway and her partner Angela Bryan, and Nicole Davini and her husband Simon. He also had a special place in his heart for his great niece Meghan Topor, and was looking forward to the upcoming births of his twin great nephews. Additionally, his aunts Catherine Lenard of Ft. Myers, FL and Genevieve Aurise of E. Longmeadow and many cousins survive him. A Funeral Mass will be Thursday, February 6 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethany Charismatic Catholic Church followed by burial in Mass. Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Agawam at 1:00 p.m. A calling hour from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. will precede the mass at the church. In lieu of flowers and to honor Dennis' memory, the family has requested that donations be made to Bethany Charismatic Catholic Church, Box 607, Palmer, 01069."
