James D. Gow

"Monson - James D. Gow, 61, passed away on February 22, 2014. He was born October 22, 1952 in Ludlow, MA, son of the late Frank and Louise Gow. James worked for 22 years at Monson Developmental Center. He also worked part time at Walmart in Ware. James was an avid outdoorsman, who loved hunting and fishing. He will be remembered by many for his unique sense of humor. He is survived by two sons, David Gow (Renee) of W. Springfield and Andrew Gow of W. Warren and five grandchildren. He will also be missed by his companion Kathy Coyle and hunting buddy John Perrin. Calling hours will be Friday, Feb. 28th from 4:00-6:00 p.m at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home.
