John Harvey Hebert

Belchertown-John H. Hebert, 74, passed away October 2, 2022 at Baystate Medical Center. He was born October 19, 1947 in Holyoke, son of Harvey R. and Jeanette A. (Plasse) Hebert. John grew up in Holyoke and has lived in Belchertown for over 15 years. He was a musician and played guitar and electric guitar in a band. John proudly served his country in the US Army during Vietnam. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 14 years, Laurie Desilets Hebert along with his two sons, Johnny and Jeffrey Hebert. He also leaves his siblings, Kevin Hebert and Jane Russell along with grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, Oct. 9th at the Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home from 2pm-4pm with a service and military honors to conclude. Donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
