"Granby/ Ware, Roland Boucher, 79, of Maximilian Dr., Granby, died Monday, May 21 in Holyoke Hospital. Born in Worcester, he lived in Ware and Granby for many years. He had a passion for the New York Yankees. He could often be seen with his favorite Yankees t-shirt and cap on. He also loved Johnny Cash tunes, fishing and visiting the zoo. He will be deeply missed by his many caregivers and friends with whom he lived. A service to remember his life will be Tuesday, May 29 at 12:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story PALMER Funeral Home, 1475 N. Main St, (rte.20) followed by burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Ware. A calling hour will be Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. prior to the service."
