Wallace Bisnette

" Wallace T. Bisnette, 82, of Allen St, died Sunday at home. Born in Ludlow, Sept. 29, 1920, he lived in Belchertown all of his life. He served with the Army during WWII and retired as a machinist from Kollmorgan in 1985 after 10 years. He spent 30 years of his working career with Quabbin Indurstries in Belchertown as shop foreman. He was predeceased by his wife Winnie (Squires) Bisnette in 1993. He is survived by a daughter Marie Kopacz of Belchertown, 5 sisters, Hazel Hubbard of Belchertown, Evelyn Banack and Eleanor Boudreau of Palmer, Pauline Gaudette of Ware and Gertrude Trudeau of Gilbertville, along with 3 brothers, Alfred “Joe” Bisnette of Palmer, Clarence of Belchertown, and Raymond of Thorndike. Mr. Bisnette also leaves 2 grandsons, Thomas Kopacz of Belchertown, and David Kopacz of Ware, along with 3 great granchildren, David, Jr., Luke and Felicia. Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in The Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home followed by burial in South Cemetery.
