Christine E. Saletnik

Christine E. (White) Saletnik, 58, passed away at home in Ashford, CT with the love and care of her family surrounding her on September 15, 2022. She was born in Palmer on May 25, 1964, daughter of Dennis White and Donna (Miller) Brown of Palmer. Christine grew up in Palmer and has lived in Connecticut for the past 22 years. She took much enjoyment in the time that she and her husband, Dwayne, would together find treasures at flea markets. They would often buy and sell antique items and had so much fun doing this. Besides her mother, Donna and step-father, whom raised raised her, Kenneth Brown, Chris will be greatly missed by her husband of nearly 25 years, Dwayne P. Saletnik. Her memory will also be cherished by her sisters, Lori Warren and her husband Michel and their children, Michelle Grimes, Derek Beynor and his wife Theresa as well as her other sister, Sharon Lemieux and husband Matthew and their children, Sarah Brown, Madison Lemieux and Logan Lemieux. Dwayne's family will also long remember Chrissy; Dennis Saletnik and his wife Rhonda and their children, Elysia, Erika and Jeffrey as well as Darren Saletnik and his sons, Justin and Joshua. Great nieces and great nephews also survive her. The family would like to express their gratitude to Laurie Barber and Christy Logan for their excellent care in caring for Chris. Visitation will be held Monday, September 26 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. For those wishing, donations may be made in her memory to Alzheimer's Association.
