Susan Marie Lepage

Susan Marie Lepage, 68, of Palmer, Massachusetts passed away January 26, 2020 at Baystate Wing Hospital surrounded by her two daughters. She was born on March 15, 1951 in Holyoke, Massachusetts to Paul and Alice (Lapointe) Lafleur. Susan was raised in Chicopee and graduated from Precious Blood High School. She had lived in Belchertown for many years before moving to Palmer in 2001. Susan was an avid reader, she sometimes would have 3 different books going on her 3 different Kindles as well as paperback books. She also enjoyed gardening, caring for her house plants, and bird watching. She spent her days caring for her rescue dog, Simone, and her 34 year old African Grey Parrot, Sherman. The most important thing in her life was the special bond she shared with her two granddaughters. She was always there to provide after school care, chauffer them to different activities, and offer her support and love. She will be deeply missed by two daughters, Brenda Benoit and her husband Ted of Monson and Melissa Lepage and her boyfriend Adam of Three Rivers, as well as her two precious granddaughters Emma and Grace Dustin. She is also survived by five siblings, Paul Lafleur and his wife Louise, Annette Chevalier and husband Ray, Darlene Lacasse, Janet Durand and husband Robert and Norman Guay and his wife Melissa. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her twin baby brother, Donald Lafleur and her nephew, Wayne Chevalier. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. All services are private.
