Theresa M. Pottier

Theresa M. Pottier, 92, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2026. Born on September 21, 1933, in the Bronx, New York, Theresa was the beloved daughter of the late Augustine and Margaret (Klinko) Muller. She made Monson, Massachusetts, her home in 1961, where she worked many jobs, and then worked as a mailroom supervisor at Monson Developmental Center until she retired, and then she eventually moved to Brimfield, Massachusetts.

Theresa embraced life with enthusiasm and joy. She loved making crafts and creating ceramics, treasured trips to McDonald's with her friends, and adored her beloved cat. She was known for her bubbly, outgoing personality, her wonderful sense of humor, and her remarkable gift of conversation. Theresa never met a stranger she could not talk to and made friends wherever she went.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Gerald J. Pottier; her daughters Debbie Wark and Christine Hammond; her son Donald Fuller; her son-in law Dennis Hammond; her sister Madeline Comeau; and her brothers, Charlie Muller and Johnny Muller.

Theresa leaves behind her loving daughters, Gail Reardon and her husband Dave, and Sharon Beaulieu and her Husband Tom; her son-in law Steve Wark; her sister, Margaret Lavoie; her brother, Gus Muller; as well as nine cherished grandchildren, twelve treasured great-grandchildren, and many nieces' and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. Burial will immediately follow in Brimfield Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Theresa's memory.
