Michele Walsh

Mrs. Michele Walsh of Gloversville, died on Sepetmber 7, 2026. 

She was born October 23, 1958 in Amsterdam, the daughter of the late Joseph and Lucy DeLongchamp Salerno. She was a graduate of the Wilbur H. Lynch High school class of 1976. Michele was later employed by NYS Department of Motor Vehicles for 33 years until retiring several years ago.

She was a communicant of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Amsterdam.

Enjoyed cooking and watching romantic movies.

Michele is survived by Raymond D. 'Skip" Walsh. whom she married on April 16, 1983. She is also survived by a son, Sean Walsh of Sparkers, a stepson, Scott Walsh of Ft. Hunter, a brother, Joseph Salerno of Amsterdam, two sisters, Mary Lou (Graig) Freis of Florida and Rosetta Robbins of Amsterdam, a cousin, Mary Ann Semkiw of Amsterdam and several nieces' nephews and cousins also survive.

A private graveside service was held on September 22nd at the St. Mary's Cemetery in Ft. Johnson, NY.
