Jody L. Eschler

Jody L. Eschler, 67, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2026, with his loving family by his side.

Born on August 3, 1958, in Gloversville, New York, Jody was the son of the late Cheryl Yost. Throughout his life, Jody was known for his strong faith, fighting spirit, strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and deep devotion to his family and friends.

An accomplished entrepreneur, Jody owned and operated several businesses throughout his career. His character, integrity, leadership and dedication allowed him to have a positive impact on people he encountered throughout his career

Above all else, Jody cherished the time he spent with his family. Whether gathering for holidays, celebrating milestones or simply enjoying everyday moments together, his greatest joy was being surrounded by those he loved.

Jody is survived by his wife Gwen, son Aaron, daughter Erica, grandchildren and siblings.

Jody's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Saratoga Hospital ICU and D2 and physicians for the compassionate care and support provided during his final days.

Though he will be deeply missed, Jody's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him. His legacy of faith, hard work, kindness, and devotion to family will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know him.
