Melanie Renee Solari

Melanie Renee Solari, 54, passed away in Sacramento, CA on Oct 21, 2025.  She was born on Mar 8, 1971 in Chambersburg, PA.  She is preceded

in death by her stepmother Birgit Crowell .  She is survived by her parents Paul R. Crowell of Johnstown, PA and Kim Higgins (Patrick) of

Grizzly Flats, CA, her partner of 15 years Robert Solari, daughter Breanna Solari and grandson Estefan Solari;  sister Amy Aldrich (Jason) brothers

Jefferson, Eric (Kathy), Aaron (Ashleigh), Daniel, Paul; step siblings Crystal Barker, Sean Higgins, and Kaylee Perez.

Melanie recently retired from The California Dept of Motor Vehicles as a Senior Motor Technician with close to 20 years of service.

She enjoyed spending her time with family and friends, especially as Grammy to her grandson Stevie (Estefan), and her cat Cherrie.

Melanie also enjoyed shopping, gambling at the casinos, baking, and going for rides in the Corvette.  She was a loving, caring ,outgoing

beautiful  soul and will be deeply missed.   A gathering for friends and family will be held to honor her memory at a later date.
