Scott is survived by his loving partner of 26 years Manjit Bains and a beloved stepfather to Shaan and Sonam Nijjar. His spirit remains cherished by his mother, Winona Joy Meyers; his brothers, Richard A. and Craig M. Meyers; as well as the memory of his late father, Richard Allen Meyers, and late brother, Steve M. Meyers.

A graduate of California State University, Sacramento, and Lincoln High School, Scott carried a curiosity for life that inspired those around him. With a passion for cooking, cheering for his favorite football team, and enjoying a round of golf, Scott believed in the beauty of life's simple pleasures and the importance of family.

A private memorial service will be held for close family. In this time of remembrance, let us celebrate Scott's life, his humor, and his unwavering honesty. He taught us that kindness is a strength and that family is what truly matters. His spirit will continue to inspire us as we honor his memory in our hearts.
