Ava Noelle Frakes

November 30, 2006 – September 12, 2026

Ava Noelle Frakes, 19, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on September 12, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born in Tucson on November 30, 2006, Ava was a determined, kind, hardworking, and creative young woman whose bright spirit touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She had a deep love for art and theater and found joy in expressing herself through creativity. Whether working on a project, supporting a friend, or pursuing her goals, Ava approached life with passion, dedication, and a caring heart.

Ava recently began her studies at the University of Arizona, where she planned to pursue a degree in Psychology. She was excited about her future and looked forward to helping others through her chosen field. Her curiosity, compassion, and desire to make a difference were evident in all she did.

A faithful member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Ava’s faith was an important part of her life. She found strength, guidance, and community through her church family.

Ava is survived by her loving parents, Duane and Lori Frakes; her beloved older sister and best friend, Maria Frakes; her faithful dog, Molly; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends who will cherish her memory forever.

Though her time on earth was far too short, Ava’s kindness, creativity, determination, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A public viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 22, at 6:00 p.m. at Brings Funeral Home on Broadway.
