Catherine Lauchaire

A Rosary will be said Thursday, February 12, 2009 at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Our Devine Savior Catholic Church, for Catherine Lauchaire. Catherine passed away Monday, February 9, 2009. She was 89. She was born October 19, 1919 to William and Nettie Curtin in Grants Pass, Oregon. She was preceded in death by her first husband of 42 years, James Milton and their children, Marilyn Sisley, John Milton and Jimmy Milton; also by her second husband of 15 years, Joseph Lauchaire. Catherine is survived by her daughter, Carole Claiborne and her husband Larry of Chico; a brother, William Curtin of Roseville; 13 grandchildren; 34 great- grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. Catherine was a member of ODS Catholic Church and the Catholic Daughters. Anyone wishing to make a memorial contribution in her name, may do so to Butte Home Health Hospice in care of the Brusie Funeral Home.
