Charles William Preusser

Charles W. Preusser Charles was born in Marin County, CA on May 1, 1944 and passed on October 6, 2015. He was a Chico resident and CSUC Student for the majority of his adult life. He was preceded in death by his father Dr. Karl Richard Preusser, mother Marguerite Emma House Preusser, and older brother Richard Minor Preusser. He is survived by his 2 nieces, 2 nephews and multiple cousins including Jan Holman of Durham. Apart from his immediate family, Charles is survived by his brothers and sisters of the Tau Gamma Theta Fraternity and Omega Chi Theta Sorority of which he was a founder and life long active member. He was devoted to his Fraternal Family and an advocate for Student rights. He is loved and will be missed by all who knew him. A Celebration of Life Memorial event will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Manzanita Place at 4:30pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tau Gamma Theta Alumni Association, www.taugammatheta.com, to create a scholarship fund in Charles' name.
