Deirdre Mcnally

DEIRDRE MCNALLY Deirdre B. McNally (Hammond), 97, passed away in Chico, CA on May 3, 2016. Born in Los Angeles, CA, Deirdre was married to James J. McNally (deceased) for 40 years. Deirdre taught at Westwood Elementary; was a Librarian at Orland High; and served Friends of the Library & Sierra Sunrise Terraces Library, where she was a long-term resident. Deirdre's close companion was Kenneth Brent (deceased). Deirdre traveled, enjoyed books, gardening, sewing, visiting with family and attending St. John The Baptist Church. Surviving family includes: her three sons, Patrick & his wife Maryann, Philip, and Joseph & his wife Ann; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
