Edward Krajcirik

Nov 28, 1936 — Sep 21, 2025

Edward "Ed" Krajcirik, a beloved family man, and respected machinist, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2025, in his hometown of Chico, California. Born on November 28, 1936, to Joseph Lorman and Dorothy Eleanora Krajcirik, Ed's life was characterized by dedication, love, and family.

Ed honorably served in the Navy from 1954 to 1957, an experience that instilled in him a sense of discipline and pride. After his service, he returned to Chico, where he would establish himself as a skilled machinist. His work was not just a job but a craft he honed with care and precision. He was a man who could fix anything, and his hands were rarely still, always tinkering, repairing, or creating.

Beyond his professional life, Ed was a family man. He is survived by his sons, Jim and his wife Connie, Michael and his wife Mary; his grandchildren, Trish and Jordan; and his brothers, Jim and Bob. Ed was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Beverly Jean, who was the cornerstone of his life, his parents, and his sisters, Joan Johnson and Betty Teel.

An avid fisherman, wood working, westerns and a love for trains. Ed's love for dogs reflected his caring and protective nature. His furry companions were a source of comfort and joy, and he was known in the neighborhood for his long walks.
