John "Jack" Jones

Jack Jones died peacefully on 8/24/2018. He is survived by his son Gary Turner (Chico), grandchildren Brian Turner (Salt Lake, Utah) and Cameron Uskali (Clovis, CA). He also had 4 great-grandchildren. He also has 2 sisters; Mardy Wimmer and Sue DeVoll. Jack spent most of his life as a mechanic; but finished his career with Chico State. He loved fishing, and puzzles (both word and picture). After his wife passed he moved to "The Oakmont" where he lived the last 9 years of his life. A memorial service is planned for 9/01/2018 at 11 am at the Community Church of God, 1095 East Avenue, Chico, CA 95926. There will be a graveside service at 1 pm.
