Monroe Stanley Fleet

MONROE BUD FLEET 10/10/35 - 6/23/18 Bud graduated from Oakland High School and from San Francisco State University. He enjoyed working 42 years in sales of Veterinary Pharma-ceuticals. He traveled near and far throughout the country, bringing his quick wit and his smile along with every business order. Bud was a dedicated family man. He was also a compassionate man who loved jokes, animals and woodworking. Bud passed away in his home in Chico surrounded by family, after a short battle with lung cancer. Bud was widowed twice. He is survived by his sister, Ardyth Guest; his three children: Kimberly Keller, Mark Fleet and Lori Young as well as his grandson, David Mooers. Bud also leaves behind his three step children: Eric Carrasquillo, Kerri Hunt and Angela Ferguson and his twelve step grandchildren and six step great-grand children. He will never be forgotten! A memorial service will be held on Saturday July 14th at 11:00 am, at Brusie Funeral Home located at 626 Broadway in Chico, CA 95928. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society.
