Patricia Lancaster
d. Jan 1, 2001
Patricia Ann Lancaster, 84, a !ovfng grandmother, mother and wife passed away May 27, 2013. She was born in Pasadena, CA, on December 5, 1928 to Bill and Helen Combs. Her mother died shortly after childbirth. She was raised by her father and stepmother Winnie Combs. A talented artist, musician and cook, she never turned down a chance to play cards or a round of golf at the Big Foot Country Club with her friends. Pat, as she was known by family and friends, lived most of her adult life in Willow Creek, CA, where she worked 35 years for the KiamathTrinity Unified School District. Pat had a great appreciation for the outdoors; she truly enjoyed being alongside Leland, her husband of 57 years, on his many hunting and fishing excursions. After Leland passed in 2005, she moved to Chico to be close to her son, Clinton Lancaster, his wife, Diane, and their two sons, Scott and Gregory. Her family would like to give a very special thanks to her caretaker, Dana Wilcox, as well as Butte Home Health & Hospice. She will be greatly missed. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Butte County Humane Society, in cre of Brusie Funeral Home.
