Ronald Salado

RONALD JOHN SALADO Ronald John Salado passed away April 2, 2015; he was 63 years old. He was born in Palo Alto in 1951 and grew up in Corning, CA. Ron was passionate about sports and enjoyed boxing. His sports passion carried him to meet and befriend many sports icons specifically football players, baseball players and boxers. Ron's strong work ethic, quick wit, sharp mind, and boldness were qualities that served to bolster his entrepreneurial endeavors. Ron appreciated people from all walks of life and they were naturally drawn to him as a result of his entertaining stories and cavalier personality. Ron believed in God and grew close to the Lord during his last months. His passing was preceded by his father CA "Salty" Salado and sister Diana Salado. He is survived by his mother, Pauline; brothers, Randy (Lin) and Danny; sons, Tony (Jenny) and Steven; and grandsons, Sebastian, Noah and Shane. He will be missed and remembered fondly by family and friends. Graveside services for Ron will be held on Friday April 17, 2015 at 11:00 am at Chico Cemetery Chico, CA.
