SAMUEL EUGENE TRIPP, 20
March 24, 1995 to August 28, 2015
Sammy graduated from Bidwell Junior High and attended Fairview High, Chico CA. Sammy was diagnosed with type one diabetes at a very young age. Sammy learned about diabetes, going to "Camp McCumber". He made new friends, and enhanced his creative side. Sammy loved to draw dragons and that came from his first video game he received for a birthday gift. That was "Spyro". He enjoyed video-games of all kinds. He enjoyed his Legos, StarWars, science fiction, drawing, camping, hiking, animals, Guitar Hero, and the color blue. Sammy loved rainy days. Sammy loved his best friends, Matt MaGaffic, Ian Gonzales, Ross Bradford, Matt Becker and family members. He loved his Grandmother that loved to spoil him with love and anything he needed. Everyone will miss him tremendously as Sam was very soft spoken, fun, creative, honest, caring, grateful, kind, trustworthy, understanding, smart, easy going, brave and strong. Sammy was a child you didn't have to tell twice. He had compassion, and love for others, and talented in his drawings. And always made his Mother proud. His smile and voice is greatly missed by all who knew that wonderful young man. He was loved and a joy to his family and friends. We will never forget that terrific gentleman. Celebration of life for Sammy was private for his Family and Friends. Sammy is survived by his mother Carol, grandmother Ileen, godmother Shellee, great aunt Alice, brother Brock, half brother Joshua and half sister Lea.
