Elvira Chavez Amaya

Elvira C. Amaya, 84, died January 14, 2011 at Willamette Falls Hospital. She was born May 31, 1926 to Florentino and Liondes Chavez in San Luis, Mexico. She married Macario Amaya on November 7, 1956. She is survived by her husband, Marcario Amaya; and her children, Beatrice, Florencia, Anita, Laura, Guillermo, Maria, Rudolfo, Candelario, Andres, Richardo, Rosario, Simona and Lucia. Services will be held Friday, January 21, at 9:30 am at St. James Catholic Church in Molalla. Father Ed Coleman will officiate. She will be buried at Adams Cemetery Molalla Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements. Family is encouraged to provide an obituary or information that allows for an obituary to be written by our staff
