Mildred Ilene Gay was born October 17, 1913 to Orin and Bessie Wilgus, in Butler, Nebraska. Mildred was an Administrative Assistant at the Clackamas County Assessors Office for most of her adult life. She retired once and then went back to work again, working well into her 70's. Mildred leaves behind her daughter Sally Soucie and (2) grandaughters, Donna Adovnik, and Delores Angel.
