Phyllis Jean Payte was born in Oregon City, Oregon April 10, 1931 to Ben and Cora (Elligson) Elmer. Phyllis J. Payte died September 21, 2013 in Beaverton, Oregon at the age of 82. There will be a Celebration of Her Life at Bethany Evangelical Free Church, October 5, 2013 at 1:00 PM. Private Interment will be at Willamette National Cemetery with her husband John W.Payte , who preceeded her in death 7-20-2011.
