Robert Eugene Uney

Robert E. Uney passed away at home on November 28, 2017. He was 64. Bob was born March 12, 1953 in Oregon City, Oregon. His parents were Harold and Ethel Uney. He graduated from Oregon City High School, PSU and Northwestern School of Law. On October 29, 1982, he married Donna Pickering in Reno Nevada. Bob enjoyed all aspects of golf course management and worked for many years at Charbonneau Golf and later worked for Oregon Golf. He was passionate about bicycling and rode everything from the classic balloon tire to racing bikes to high-wheelers. Bob is survived by his wife Donna, brother Al Uney of Gladstone, sister Linda Bristol of Canby and nephew and niece Jason and Jeannie Bristol of Canby. No formal funeral is planned. Friends are invited to join Bob's family for a gathering at his home on Sunday December 10 at noon. Donations can be made to Legacy Hospice or Canby Adult Center. Canby Funeral in charge.
