Vivian Carol Terwilliger

December 23, 1939 ~ June 1, 2016 Vivian Terwilliger was born on December 23, 1939 in Vancouver, Washington to Walter and Grace Stephens. She passed away on June 1, 2016 in Happy Valley, Oregon. Vivian was raised in Salmon Creek, WA and attended Salmon Creek High School. She married Larry Terwilliger on August 9, 1959 and they lived in Oregon City/Clackamas. She raised Jim and Tanya and worked cleaning homes in the area. Vivian also helped Larry deliver the Oregonian for 10 years. Vivian enjoyed spending time with her family, reading the newspaper, books, taking walks and their dogs. Vivian is survived by brother Doug Stephens, sister Marjorie Stephens, her son Jim Terwilliger and his wife Melanie from Hubbard. Her daughter Tanya Ortiz and her husband Richard from Portland. She is also survived by his 5 grandchildren; Kirstin White, Jaime Terwilliger, Derek Terwilliger, Rhaeven Ortiz and Connor Ortiz.
